My son had a procedure schedule back in March for the end of June. The office failed on 2 attempts to send needed X-rays and report to insurance company. Therefore the June surgery had to be canceled and rescheduled for the end of July. The office promised to send requested documentation to insurance company and again surgery for July had to be canceled! This office is very unprofessional with following through! DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Plonka only works 4 days a week, cant get appointments after 4pm. They removed my tooth but could not accommodate my teacher’s schedule, so after 3 months wothout a tooth, I had to fire her and try to find another periodontist to get my implant replaced. I just got my braces removed and now my teeth are movong back because of this place!! Also, this office is ran staff way too young to handle customer service issues of this nature. Painless and professional I highly recommend Dr. Plonka. She thoroughly explained the implant procedure so knew what to expect each step of the way. I suffered no pain during the procedure and felt no discomfort after the anesthetic wore off.
