Dealing with the staff at Professional Pediatrics is a frustrating and disappointing experience. The office manager Debbie is incompetent and unprofessional. She enables the administration to cover up their mistakes rather than take accountability. The receptionist Lisa is rude and unorganized. I don't know if one of my son's vaccines are current because of their poor record keeping. I advise any parent entertaining Professional Pediatrics to find another pediatricians office.
