The only place I’d go to for glasses in Lethbridge. Tried to replace my frames through warranty, though unfortunately they’d been discontinued. They offered to give me in store credit towards a new pair as they couldn’t get the manufacturer to honour the warranty. I go in every few months to get my frames tightened up and bent into shape free of charge. If you need a pair of glasses this is the best place in town.

Received my first pair of glasses from them recently. The people who helped me pick the frames and lenses were super helpful and very friendly. Prices were pretty reasonable for nice frames. I also accidentally wrecked my clip-on sunglasses, and they warrantied them for me. Excellent customer service! Will definitely go back to them for my eyewear needs!

If I could give 10 stars I would, Tina, Alexia, and Carissa are the best! They give an honest opinion on frames when trying different ones on, overall they are very professional and convenient. This will definitely be where I will be buying my frames from now on
