Worst customer service experience I've ever received. I went today on my lunch break and they were very busy. The woman sat me in a chair to do my eyebrows. She twisted my head very hard. She literally was man-handling me. She then proceeded to burn me with the wax. I let her know that she was burning with the wax because it was too hot. She last 15 seconds on my eye brows and tells me she is done. I couldn't believe all the hair she left on my eye brows. I told her I would finish the job myself at home. I went here on a whim. It's close to my house and I really wanted a nice manicure before the holiday! Well the shellac turned out well. The lady literally spent 5 minutes on my cuticles, filing my nails and soaking my hands. She then had me to another station to have my shellac done and pushed my hands around like I didnt know what was going on. she then had to send a girl to another nail place to get the color I wanted. The lady that did my pedicure was really rough with me and spent the entire time talking on her cell phone and hurrying me along. She cut my big toenail too short and it now hurts today. I would not recommend this place at all.

dont go there the quality of service depends on how busy they are. If they are working on you and get walk-ins they rush to get you done and it definately shows. only have one person that can do designs so you have to wait until she gets done with her client to finish your manicure if you want the design. don't seem to have a set charge for services varies depending on who rings you up. definately no consistent-will not be returning
