First of all, KC answered the phone right away and booked our appointment. He showed up promptly and was very thorough. He explained everything he found and answered all of our questions. He emailed us the complete inspection that night and called us the next day to go over it. The inspection report was easy to understand and included photos to demonstrate any issues. We highly recommend KC for your inspection needs.

Very professional and detailed. When it comes to purchasing a home, a buyer should be aware of any and all information about the home in order to make a true informed decision. KC did an outstanding job in pointing out all potincial issues, minor and serious so that I could be knowledgeable in my decision making process. His report was well written and detailed. I highly recommend him.

I HIGHLY recommend KC and Professional Home Inspections. K.C. is the hardest working, most thorough and detailed oriented person that I know! He goes above and beyond what anyone would expect...and we have very high expectations. Thanks to K.C., we discovered a major problem that so well hidden, you had to crawl through a cabinet and a wall to find it...This very narrow opening was also hiding the main water shutoff and a waste pump. Several other code violations were discovered and we were able to get remediation to fix these items before the closing. Thanks K.C.
