I can’t say enough good things about Brad and his mold inspection services. Not only did he provide me with a very effective and informative evaluation of a condominium I was purchasing, he took the extra time to assist me with next steps in getting the issues resolved. He was great with recommending remediation companies and also explaining the process so I felt comfortable and safe purchasing my property! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Anthony Tomei is my #1 go to inspector for SW Florida. He is punctual, thorough, great at explaining details of the inspection results, and available for questions if any arise.
I have used Anthonys services to inspect many homes in Naples, Forida and clients that have purchased more then 1 have requested him for each additional purchase. He will also do a reinspection before closing, to make sure all the repairs were done properly!!! He has gone above and beyond and pointed out mold that an uninformed inspector perhaps would overlook.
