Anthony Tomei is my #1 go to inspector for SW Florida. He is punctual, thorough, great at explaining details of the inspection results, and available for questions if any arise.
I have used Anthonys services to inspect many homes in Naples, Forida and clients that have purchased more then 1 have requested him for each additional purchase. He will also do a reinspection before closing, to make sure all the repairs were done properly!!! He has gone above and beyond and pointed out mold that an uninformed inspector perhaps would overlook.
