George is an extremely competent inspector, with such a breadth of knowledge on radon and other home inspection issues. I’ve worked with them both from a buyers and sellers perspective. Keith was wonderful! Keith did the home inspection and left no nook and cranny out of the inspection. He was kind and very easy to talk with and full of great information. The whole experience from calling the office and speaking with Bonnie to getting the inspection report, was wonderful. Had my soon-to-be new home inspection on October 13, 2020. I have never owned a home before. Ryan Walker was courteous, thorough and professional. He educated me on both the positive and areas of concern as he did the inspection. I am moving back to my home town of Endwell after 35 years, so really did not know who to call. The report was easy to understand and thorough, complete with pictures which made it easy to follow and see what the inspector (mine was Ryan Walker saw). Well worth the money and a good price too.
Keith allowed me to follow him through my house. It was a very good learning experience. It gave me a useful list of home repairs to follow as I prepare my home for sale.
Because you hired my Niece Bonnie. You would have to be a honest business for her to work for you so long.
