This company has been a nightmare almost from the start in November 2022. The hospital set us up with them. I have never dealt with a company that has no clue what the right hand and left hand are doing, they never know anything if you ask a question, no one calls you back with info you need, they dont keep up with therapy scheduling...you do, the nurses cant start doctor ordered IVs to a critically ill person.
