Thank you to Jason of Apex Heating And Air Conditioning. My furnace pilot light was having problems kicking on over the last couple weeks. I kept restarting it and it was fine till I got home from work today around 4pm and it wouldn’t start at all. Amazing customer service. Troy answered my call, came to the property within 35 minutes, and provided exceptional customer service! He was knowledgeable and helped us find not only the furnace issue but the strange odor in our home (propane tank on the grill.) I am just thrilled to provide honest feedback. This is the second time we have used this company and will be scheduling out A/C check up with them as well.
Cody is amazing(and therefore the entire company as far as I'm concerned!). I'm writing this at 9:00pm (he's been here for 2 hours!) while Cody replaces a key part to keep our furnace safely running until we can get it replaced. Paitent, thorough, and explained things over and over just to make I completly understood. 10/10 would reccomend and we will absolutely be using Apex for all of our HVAC going forward.
