Yah the heat is on ! It was a broken thermostat. A special thank you to #apexheatingandcooling for coming out on Christmas Eve in the middle of the night to fix it. Thank you Jason. He is the owner of the company, working the holidays so his employees can spend the holidays with their family. JT was awesome, quick to the point, and gave some helpful pointers with my ac issue. Dan was also AWESOME. He delivered completely TERRIBLE news about my furnace replacement but was super understanding and professional and truly seemed to want to find the best solution for the "sh*t shack's" issues. Really nice guys to work with, and Connie at the office was super pleasant on the phone.
I couldn't recommend Apex enough!! I called them in a bit of distress as I had been without a boiler and hot water for five days. The original place I called did not fix the issue, or offer any solution other than the part was ordered and it wouldn't be here until the following week. No follow up calls, no other solutions offered, no expedite offer, just left me without a hot water solution for a week. The salesman who helped us was Dan. You couldn’t meet a nicer guy. He was very helpful and informative and laid out all of our options in a way that was easy to understand and I felt that we were able to make a very informed decision. The cost of our furnace was covered by Apex and a nonprofit program called “Cold Snap”, organized by Apex and 4th HOOAH Wisconsin. I am blown away by the service of this company. I called them to our newly built home to get a second opinion on some issues we were having with our furnaces they did not install. When I called Jill was extremely kind and was able to get someone out to meet with me within a few hours. Within an hour of the appointment I received an email with the photo and in of the gentleman being dispatched to our home.
