I recently purchased my third set of hearing aids from Professional Hearing Services in St. Louis Park. Being an experienced hearing aid user, I knew what I was looking for and definitely found it in the Starkey hearing aids I purchased. Jim Grant, business owner and hearing aid specialist was knowledgeable and professional. Since I am considered to have severe hearing loss, I was very pleased with the service I received and the improvement I experienced with my new hearing aids for an affordable price.
I wanted to receive more personal service than I got with my previous provider. I sure made the right decision. Jim is personable, professional and very competent. My hearing aids were delivered in 2 days and I was wearing them the next day. Jim is ways available to talk and meet with customers or potential customers. We need more small family owned businesses like Professional Hearing Services. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Very thorough examination, details of the exam. Jim took the time to explain what it indicates and resolution to increase hearing. I am really glad I did go see Jim. It's a great feeling to be able to have a conversation with someone.
My original hearing aid went kaput and for a time I just went without. Heard about Professional Hearing Services and decided to see what they had to offer. Glad I did . Jim and Company were great to work with. Very professional and knowledgable, Jim made me feel comfortable and made certain I understood all of the options available with my new hearing aids. My hearing is back to where it used to be and and in some cases is even better. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing people - great patient care!
I recently had a hearing test at Professional Hearing Services with Jim Grant. I was amazed at what he could determine about my hearing with the tests he performed. He was thorough and explained things so well to my husband and me with what was going on with my hearing. I felt no pressure and was very satisfied. Since I have minimal hearing loss, I am planning on going back annually to keep things in check.This was something I was hesitant to do and now I'm so thankful to know the results.
