I can't say enough how grateful I am to Dr Jill Gordon and her amazing staff. I was entered in her "Hearing Aid Giveaway Contest" three times, the third time was the charm!! She is such a special person to do this for people who cannot afford hearing aids. And hopefully the time will come that insurance companies FINALLY concede that hearing aids are not a cosmetic or vanity issue, but a MEDICAL one.
I have been a young person hearing aid wearer for 25 years. Each time I move, I am apprehensive about finding a new audiologist. I am apprehensive about calling the office and not being able to hear the receptionist, that the practitioner won’t understand the emotional components of my hearing loss or someone try to upsell me on a device. I was fortunate to have found Dr. Gordon when I moved to Marlboro a few years ago. I can’t say enough about the kindness, professionalism and knowledge of Dr Gordon and the entire staff.
Everyone in this office has been kind, knowledgeable, and patient.
Believe it or not, I found Professional Hearing Center by accident. However, I was disappointed that my insurance would not cover any procedures ... but THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. I worked out a plan and paid for my own hearing aids. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional. Just doesn't seem to be enough adjectives to describe my experience. If there was an option for 10 stars, I gladly give them.
Dr. Gordon is very warm,sensitive, smart and caring. She took time to listen and learn about me.
Dr. Gordon is the most caring, and knowledgeable Audiologist that I have had the pleasure of dealing with for over the last 15 years. Her professional and knowledgeable staff take part in making her practice efficient and up to date with state of the art technology. A diamond in the rough. We are lucky to have them in our area.
I've never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gordon, but I will praise her kind heart. She gifted not one, but two, hearing aids to two people in need. After reading the praises of her patients, it's clear to see she is compassionate and genuinely wants to help others.
