I had an excellent experience with Dr. Heather Cones. I found her to be very friendly and helpful and, at the same time, very professional and smart! After thorough testing she told my wife and me that we don’t need any hearing aids but recommended annual evaluations and see how the hearing is going with age, compared to the baseline from this test.

I was not thrilled to be entering the process of the hearing impaired. I was fortunate that my journey began with a extremely competent crew at professional Hearing Associates. The office staff has been able to meet my needs for appointments and Dr. Yang has been fantastic from the original hearing test through follow up adjustments. Dr. Yang created a program to allow me to hear fairly decent quality music. I am extremely satisfied with my choice in using Professional Hearing Associates.
