I was not thrilled to be entering the process of the hearing impaired. I was fortunate that my journey began with a extremely competent crew at professional Hearing Associates. The office staff has been able to meet my needs for appointments and Dr. Yang has been fantastic from the original hearing test through follow up adjustments. Dr. Yang created a program to allow me to hear fairly decent quality music. I am extremely satisfied with my choice in using Professional Hearing Associates.
The staff is very friendly. Jocelyn is amazing, knowledgeable and thorough. Our hearing is very important for our health and functioning as a mature adult. So glad I went to Professional Hearing! Thank you!
