I have had hearing aids from Professional Hearing Associates for several years. They were not good, and even follow up appointments didn't solve problems. Finally, I went back in (yet again) and within 15 minutes, they solved the problems I've been having since I bought them (the same problems I've asked them to fix multiple times). They still didn't work well, but they were better. I felt like I was a "pain" to them. The staff were always courteous and professional. Amy was my clinician and I cannot say enough kind things about her. She explained my hearing test very well and the options I had for hearing aids. This was greatly appreciated.
The office staff are very courteous and efficient. The clinician who I worked with was Amy, and I can't say enough good things about her ability to explain my hearing tests, give me options, and help me adjust to the hearing aids. She was very kind to me, which I appreciate very much.
