I called in to get an appointment for a hearing test, the front desk lady Lisa was not great to talk to, I initially scheduled an appointment but ended up cancelling and going somewhere else as the bad customer service didn’t make me want to go to this place. I purchased a pair of the most advanced, custom built, Signia 7 Insio NX hearing aids from Northwest Professional Hearing (NWPH), IL. They are very nice and accommodating.
Great experience here. They helped my 102 year old mother hear what another hearing professional said could not be improved. They were also very responsive when her hearing aid stopped working. Very professional and quality customer service.
