For over 5 years now, Dr. Park has provided a sublime service for my hearing aids needs. His patience & professional care are outstanding. Now complemented by Dr. Jara who is equally the most caring and excellent professional, ready to assist when an issue arises. Additionally, the office's administrator, Ms. Ingrid, is always helpful, pleasant and professional in accommodating any inquiry or request for support. Truly beyond five stars. . D.G. in DC.
When I bought my hearing aids from these people I was told that a 3 month checkup to include earcleaning and device adjustment would be included at no charge. And IT WAS. But at my last visit, with new management, it was "Oh, no. There is a $120 non insurance covered fee for the ear cleaning". When I pointed out that in the past there had been in fact no charge, there was pretty much just no reply. So, BEWARE - untrustworthy.
