My experience with Mr. Park was excellent! He did a thorough hearing exam, taking into account my very specific hearing condition. Then he explained very clearly the options I had for hearing aids. Mr. Park obviously understands the latest technology in hearing aids. I would definitely recommend working with him!

I called in to get an appointment for a hearing test, the front desk lady Lisa was not great to talk to, I initially scheduled an appointment but ended up cancelling and going somewhere else as the bad customer service didn’t make me want to go to this place.
