I just had an outstanding experience at Professional Hearing Aid Services for hearing aid repair. Ted Park repaired two pairs of hearing aids for me (replacing broken receiver wire and receiver on one pair; replacing a clogged receiver on the other pair; cleaning of both pairs) expertly, quickly and for a reasonable price. My experience with Mr. Park was excellent! He did a thorough hearing exam, taking into account my very specific hearing condition. Then he explained very clearly the options I had for hearing aids. Mr. Park obviously understands the latest technology in hearing aids. I would definitely recommend working with him!

I called in to get an appointment for a hearing test, the front desk lady Lisa was not great to talk to, I initially scheduled an appointment but ended up cancelling and going somewhere else as the bad customer service didn’t make me want to go to this place. I was not given full attention and she was talking to multiple others while talking to me, as well as the overall demeanour was unprofessional.
