Have had hearing loss for 56+ years. Was a gunner in Army Tanks. Dr. Amber Pfeifer took the time to listen and learn, then tested and fit me with a hearing aid. What a difference it has made! I've went back several times to have them fine tuned, which I'm told is normal. The staff is very pleasant and works hard to make sure each client is satisfied. I would highly recommend Professional Hearing Aid Associates, they definitely know the business!

I would definitely suggest finding another dealer to spend your hard earned money at. These people are only interested in you if you are willing to pay their extremely high markup to support their lavish lifestyles. Kansas City offers so many better options.
Not recommended. Staff was OK, but definitely only interested in separating you from your money. There are much better places out there, so please do your research before you just settle something that is close to you.
Great Service. My experience with the Hilderman family has been wonderful. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very clear with the information provided and made sure my dad understood everything about the hearing aid before we left. By the way… I like the sign it is very informative.

We we're so glad that ours friends refered us to the Hilderman brothers for Mom's new hearing aid. They really did a great job testing and fitting her with her new hearing aid. This new hearing aid was cheaper than her old aid, but with better quality. Now she can hear the grandkids and talks on the phone alot more. Those boys are so kind and patient, they even helped us get Mom in & out of the car. We liked the up front door parking and power doors because it's hard for her to get around.
