My experience with Maxim healthcare is great. They have a very friendly and efficient support team.
No problem with the maxim services. Always quick to get back with you and even my respite worker have no problem. Jennifer is always fast answering and helping if I have issues.
For the nurses who didn’t have a good experience with Maxim and/or their patients, please ask yourself: • Do I have the compassion to deliver quality care under challenging circumstances? • Do I have the wherewithal to contact my recruiter or management when things don’t feel exactly right? • Am I pro-active enough to speak up regarding training or any other aspect of Private Duty nursing, especially if it is new to me?
