I am an employee. I feel that the office personnel are very helpful. I am a caregiver and I love my job
Their reviews on Yelp are more trustworthy reflection of the company. Assigned a caregiver for certain duration pretty quickly but things went wrong from there. Changed timings, schedule, did not inform if they were late and even canceled 30mins before. Things happen but the issue is no sense of accountability, which was disheartening
Araseli is the great BT that we have in the school district we have seen a lot of student success and reach there IEP goals
I had an exceptional experience working with Kimberly and Yen. They were very kind, courteous, and super helpful. They were very responsive from day 1. They made the process super easy and took the time to walk us through it. I wish there are more places with workers like them - very professional, and kind. Thank you Kimberly and Yen! My overall experience with Maxim has been great especially when I have the full support of the Staff, Jennifer Nguyen has been amazing she has helped me navigate through Maxim with ease, she also made herself available and was patient with me when I was struggling with the Maxim App, it really show's how much she cares about her clients.
