I don't believe this is more than a call center to receive information and then inundate you with non local business emails and phone calls. Do not waste your time.
I have hired Matt and his crew several times for my gutter maintenance (cleaning and repair). They come in and assess your problem. They give you options and then go with what you decide. I admit sometimes I chose the cheaper ones and regretted it eventually: overall prompt and quality service.
