Avoid this business. We were unable to open or close the garage door in our new home. We called this company - it is a referral service that assigns contractors. After replacing our opener, the contractor advised we needed "springs". Difficult pinning down actual prices - get everything in writing. Result was exorbitant cost and upselling. Have new opener but ended up purchasing remotes and keypad from amazon to install/connect ourselves. The door reverses unpredictably while closing despite the safety sensors being clean and aligned; this is a serious safety issue that needs immediate inspection.
