The actual repair work was "fine," but the experience of getting them to finish the job was a nightmare. A technician came out on Monday to replace a frayed cable. He realized halfway through that he didn't have the specific size for my heavy wood door, so he "patched" it with a temporary fix and said he’d be back the next morning.
