Receptionist is unkind and bossy. She is in the wrong place of employment, to treat people so rude in their time of need.
Dr Krysta Schroeder is the best. Absolutely love her bedside manner. I will continue to see her for my foot care. She is very good with children. My 8 year old granddaughter had an in office procedure done and Dr. Schroeder was very patient with her. Her medical assistant Megan is very friendly and does her job very well. I recommend this practice to family, friends and co-workers. I also refer them to my patients who need a foot and ankle specialist every chance I get.
Dr. Schroeder is the best. She listens and cares about you. Love her!
I called this morning because of the great reviews but apparently she needs a new secretary. Wow how rude and uncomfortable she made me feel. I have put off a foot issue for many years and finally got the courage to take care of it and put my anxiety on the back burner to make an appointment because I'm in so much pain. She made me feel stupid and I let her know to forget it because her attitude was so horrible I didn't even want a appointment anymore. So other than the long wait time the people working up front sit and complain about their patients, which is so unfortunate and unprofessional. “They should just pay their bills, it’s not so hard”. Etc complaining and complaining about their patients. The cost being over 3k.. some people don’t have a lot right now. I’m sorry no other complaints but it’s so sad to see workers talking down on patients. Dr. Weslosky is a charm love him!
