Dr Masuga is a great doctor! I had a broken heel and she had to do surgery to fix it. I'm still on the healing process but she has been very helpful!
Easiest surgery I've had and no pain whatsoever, I couldn't have been any more pleased !The whole crew was great!
My experience at Professional Foot and Ankle Centers with Dr. Mark Williams has always been wonderful. The staff is very personable and professional. Dr. Williams is also very personable, knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. He gives you the time needed to ask any questions while answering any concerns. Over the years, my husband and I have recommended Dr. Williams to our friends, family and neighbors and they too, have had great medical care! We will continue to do so as the care we have received is outstanding!
Not sure what doctor we saw as she talked a million miles an hour I couldn't understand her name. After waiting for at least 45 minutes in the room (15 more in the waiting area) She barely spoke to us for a minute and rushed out. Very abrasive and loud, didn't seem to care about what was happening at all.. Nurse was quite lovely though.
I highly recommend Dr. Jessica Macsuga, DPM, and her staff. I stepped on glass a few weeks ago and was still experiencing pain, so I called her office. Despite her busy schedule, she was kind enough to squeeze me in the very next morning. Dr. Macsuga was incredibly helpful, professional, and caring throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received. Her entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Thank you to Dr. Macsuga and her team for their outstanding care.
