Dr. Butz explains results of any tests that are done while you're in the office and it helps ease any concern the patient might have. I’m seen once a year yet I am welcomed as if I walk in every day. Everyone is attentive, friendly, courteous and professional...and that’s before I see the doctor. Dr. Butz is patient since I am getting a leeeetle beeeet older and have a few more issues than when my eyes were younger. The word Trust comes to mind while writing this.
The visit today was fantastic!! I didn’t have to wait, all my questions were answered, and billing was explained down to every detail. Doctor Richard Butz went above and beyond to make sure my eye health was checked to the best of his ability. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed like in many other Eyecare offices. Professional, friendly, and thorough. Who knew going to the eye doctor could be fun and informative! Dr. Butz was sympathetic to my resistance to readers and provided multiple options. Linda was a gem (thanks for the college tips) and Sarah is an expert on glasses! No pressure to put me in a pair I wasn't comfortable with and gave me some great ideas on what glasses would fit my need to be fresh while reading and on the computer without having to wear glasses full time.
