I scheduled an eye appointment and even called the day before to verify my insurance. When I arrived, they took my insurance card and ID and checked me in then told me to have a seat. A few minutes later, they informed me that they did not accept my insurance. I was not pleased.
While the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, the doctor was condescending and rude. Dr. Harper did not take his time when explaining things, and when I asked questions for clarification, he talked in a very condescending manner. Being a doctor in a service profession, it would have been a less frustrating experience for me had he kept that in mind and treated his patient with more respect. My wife went in and raved about thesrvice an the friendly staff. I had to go see for myself. The Doctor was fast and fiendly. But he did take time to explain everything as he went. The est of the staff was just as great. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a eye exam.

The staff at th OP location is great! Dr. Johnson is only there onTuesdays but it's usually always easy to get an appoinment and they run on time.
Dr. Farris is fantastic! She is thorough and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed being her patient for 6 years.
