I'm new to the area and took both my daughters for an eye exam. One of my daughters is only 5 years old. The staff was rude and extremely impatient when it came to my 5 year old daughter. During her eye exam the lady who was giving the exam told my daughter in a rude tone "don't you know your letters" she made my daughter feel awful ! If you don't like the job you have you need to find another one being rude to kids is beyond unprofessional and disgusting behavior.
