They are very professional and were on ti e for repair
Professional Door Fixers were sent by American Home Shield to repair car garage door opener at our rental property. The tech arrived and declared the logic board had a black spot and were burnt as a result of electric surge. Please note there were storm in the area few days earlier than garage door stopped. I called the manufacturer Chamberlain, they advised the board could be burnt because of many reasons other than surge. By declaring it Electric Surge, Insure did not pay. I am sorry you are not satisfied with our services because we could not get your problem covered by your homeowners insurance. They have pretty clear guidelines that we have to follow for us to be able to work with them. You had fiscal evidence on the board to your opener that it had some kind of power surge. I am sorry you feel that way. We went out through your home warranty company and they did not cover your problem. We left you estimate for our company to repair your existing opener or replacing it with one that would work and last longer with your garage door. You requested a 2nd Opinion through your home warranty company and we did not collect your service fee.
I had Professional Door Fixers come out to fix my garage door that wouldn't close. Two guys came out on time and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They had to replace a part and didn't even charge me for the part because they researched it and found the original was defective. Nothing but good to say here.
They installed a new door, railings and opener about 5 months ago. While opening the door, The door came Off of the new railing on 08/22. I called the company and they sent someone out the next day. They fixed the door at no cost and the technician was very friendly. The owner was consulted and made the correct business decision to not charge me for the repair.
