I only gave one star because I couldnt give zero. They installed a bent garage door and then when told within the hour that it was bent, he did not want to replace/fix it, and was hateful about it. He finally did replace it, but put it as a warranty item, not fixing THEIR mess up. Then a little over a year later the screws holding the door to the metal bracket that pulls it open were pulling out and the metal bracket is bent as if the door is too heavy or the door is too flimsy to be attached to the garage door opener. When ... read more

Very poor customer service, a ripoff, over charges, not knowledgeable at all. The owner likes to over talk the customer. A real waste of money. Have to keep calling them back out, for there mistakes. There tech breaks equipment then they say they are not responsible. Highly don't recommend this company. A waste of your time an money. Should have looked at their review rating before I called them out. Please I warned you stay away from this company!!!

Business response:

We tried to help and work with the homeowner and explain the problems he was having during every visit to the home. 03/17/22 We went out to the property and serviced the garage door (there was a screw driver in one of the spring) / Technician had to adjusted the tension on the springs, so the door was properly balanced and would work. Tested the operation of the door and opener. Everything working properly. Homeowner paid $200 03/18/22 Opener was malfunctioning - A part going out in the opener due to using the opener with t... read more

Our driveway gate was stuck, so we called them out to take a look and fix it. The tech, Ed, ran a diagnostic and said we needed to replace the motherboard ($750). When we told him the unit was less than a year old, he called the manufacturer, who had to walk him through how to reset the unit - which fixed it. Ed charged us a trip fee ($85, completely reasonable) and a diagnostic and labor fee ($165). I called the company to inquire about a refund, because in my experience service companies will credit the trip fee toward the... read more

Business response:

Homeowner did call our company out. We went out on 12/22/2021. The gate opener was reading an Error code of a wireless transmitting problem. The board could have been a possible problem for that code (there was not any upselling). The tech did have to call tech support to run through trouble shooting with the tech and in the process resetting the unit did fix the problem. Homeowner did contact our office 12/30/2021 (8 days after work was completed) inquiring about the price and after explaining our prices to the homeowner, h... read more

I just bought my first home and got a home warranty 2 days after I moved in. My garage door opener failed a month and a half into me living here so I called up Amazon Home Warranty (not affiliated with Amazon.com) and they sent out Matt from "Professional Door Fixers". He assessed that the door opener needed to be replaced as the parts were no longer available but he said he would tell the warranty company that my door rollers were old and the spring wasn't tensioned perfectly and threatened that if they knew of that they wo... read more

Business response:

Homeowner contacted his home warranty company and we where the provider to come out to his home. Technician was at the property on 11/07/2020 and did just do door maintenance that was not covered by Homeowner's Home Warranty Company Per any home warranty company WE as a preferred vendor are required to check the garage door manually to make sure proper balance and that the door will not be the cause of damaging the opener system. Mr. Reed did authorize the non covered work to be completed and technician tested the operation ... read more
