Horrible service. Was told I could get the work done day of if I went to another office 30 mins away. Proceed to 10 minutes before my appointment and I was called and told I’d only be able to get an exam, and then they could suggest what to do from there. Mind you they did an examination 3 days previous. Total joke of a place.
Temporary crown broke several times. I kept reaching out about the permanent one and they said they’d call immediately when it came. Eventually found out it had arrived but they never bothered to call. Infuriating. Also their office randomly closes certain days, but google maps always says they’re open.
I was just at professional dental in Orem for a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Black was very perfessional in his work. As well as making sure I was comfortable. Hannah who was an assistant in training was very attentive to the details her trainer Mcayla. Mcayla was very comforting to me during getting the shots n the extraction process. As well the front desk lady had wonderful customer service. I would recommend professional dental to everyone. Thank you very much from me to the team.
The team on Sundays is the absolute best! They always make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Duncan is the real G, the GOAT!
No soy de escribir reseñas pero ya me cansé. Me ha pasado mucho con ellos, llevo mi tratamiento de ortodoncia por dos años y me pasa muy seguid, me dan un precio y después lo suben sin avisar. A mi novio le dieron oportunidad de hacer a pagos, le dieron un costo de ortodoncia diferente y eso que lo hizo el mismo año que yo, lo hicimos por los mismos años de tratamiento. Estoy muy molesta
