Logan branch screwed me over so bad that I'm leaving every single Pro Dental a one star review. Said they were going to help with the cost of an implant after a SHODDY crown was installed with no strength or support. While extracting remaining tooth the dentist broke ANOTHER crown. After all the surgeries he only comped me the cost of the replacement crown that HE buggered and forgot all about helping with the cost of an implant from the previous dentists terrible work. Everyone was great but the dentist. He was very impatient with me and the dental assistants. If he doesn’t like his job then he shouldn’t be doing it. Told me the numbing would only last 2 hours and lasted 6.

Horrible service. Was told I could get the work done day of if I went to another office 30 mins away. Proceed to 10 minutes before my appointment and I was called and told I’d only be able to get an exam, and then they could suggest what to do from there. Mind you they did an examination 3 days previous. Total joke of a place.
Temporary crown broke several times. I kept reaching out about the permanent one and they said they’d call immediately when it came. Eventually found out it had arrived but they never bothered to call. Infuriating. Also their office randomly closes certain days, but google maps always says they’re open.
