Very warm environment. Comfortable and calming while being treated. She did for me what another dentist said could only be done by surgery. A great relief ☺️.
Office never seems to be opened to take calls.
Dr Shields is definitely not the most polite. After my experience with my appointment today, I will be changing my dentist.
Personally I've had great experiences here, shes such a nice upbeat dentist and front desk girl is very nice. She's sweet and has a warm demeanor. Really shocked about the bad reviews!
note not even 1 star no customer service just some fat girl at the window that knows nothing and some black old woman that also has no professionalism
