flaky, incompetent and waste of time and money. Started out as an in home business, should have stayed that way. They don't honor appointments that they make, but if you miss its a cancellation fee. No respect for patients, and the fact that we work and have to take time off to be there at a prearranged time. This place is incompetent. Recently had an evaluation done on site and the report was incorrect and that does not include the typos. In the modern age of computers and spell check this type of unprofesionalism is completely uncalled for. This goes to show a lack of attention and care that is needed in the heath care industry. When confronted by Her mistakes the owner became extremely hostile and only corrected the errors when threatened with a civil suite.
