Loved Andrea K. When she was my therapist but other than that this place has been rough to work with. Billing never calls back and everytime I try to get ahold of someone to help me figure out why I own like $300+ nobody seems to be avaliable. I was told they would look at my account and call me back in a few days and its been 3 months
Best physc. Doctor ever! DR. West is everything I ever need for my mental health medications, he listens fully and is friendly. The mental health counselors are wonderful and the day program is full of wonderful clients and it's 3 days a week m-w. 8:30 - 2:00pm and there are 2 sides 1 for adults and the other for children. All under 1 massive roof! Come check it out and probably get all your mental health needs addressed.
I was referred here by another provider because this establishment accepts Medicaid. Don't waste your time going here if you're only seeking therapy. The lobby area is dirty, uninviting, and definitely not welcoming. The staff couldn't explain their vague scheduling policy to me no matter how hard they tried. I can only imagine how awful the therapist would be if I ever even got scheduled (they refused to make an appointment for me even though I came in person, as requested, to fill out new patient forms..) so odd and unhelp... read more
I am interning this semester at PCA and it has been one of the most impactful experiences of my life. Community mental health has such an important and in-demand role in society and I am glad to be a part of it for my training. As the world knows, funding and resources are scarce and assets like community mental health can suffer because of it. Updated: Dr Donna Brown I was so impressed with at my first appointment. Actually, I was hopeful. The deal breaker for me was she doesn’t take call and there’s no on call doctor. They say go to the ER. I had scary medication side effects that exacerbated on a Friday evening. It didn’t warrant an ER visit. I also don’t have the money to go to the ER every time I need a doctor to decrease or discontinue a medication. I had no help thru the weekend. I decreased and stopped the medication myself.
