I live in Saxony Square/Kingsley Hall. The response to snow clean up has been deplorable. One of the neighbors went outside and used her own salt to salt the sidewalk so the mail lady could deliver the mail. They have not cleaned the sidewalks, the street, and the parking spaces. Some neighbors have been complaining how the property manager and the board told the workers to dump the snow on people's property. People's property aren't part of the common area. Procom is the property management company for Saxony Square in Upper Marlboro, MD. Our former property manager was great. Our 2024/2025 Board was pretty good as well. Ever since the Board switched hands and we began working with Savannah, things have been operating poorly. I tried my best giving the HOA and the PM the benefit of the doubt when managing the clean up after the recent snow storm.
