This is the worst association I have ever seen. I have owned a house for 10 years with two associations on it in Aliso Viejo. The other one that I pay most of my money to and that handles all the stuff I care about is awesome. This one does nothing, never bills me but constantly reminds me how I am legally required to pay even if they don't bill and then charges 25.00 to send a reminder letter and 10.00 late fee. They only collect 4 times a year so it's easy to forget and there's no autopay unless you pay an additional 15.00... read more
