I requested a copy of the CC&R's for the Seawind Phase of homes in Newport Beach this morning. The request was handled very professional and the document was promptly sent. No further requests was necessary.
Not sure how this company is obtaining 4 stars but I guess that is someone's experience! Yelp tells a different story. I never thought our complex could actually do worst than Scott Management Company but God this company proved me wrong. It's been less than a year and this management company is trash!
