I am currently experiencing a less than professional situation with our representative, who has not responded or answered my texts & phone call regarding a serious occurance at our community.
Very unprofessional they treat the residents badly as if they are rulers of our homes , forgetting they have a job because they work in our association where we live.
Won’t answer phone
I've had a great experience working with Rudy Estavillo from PCM. He's been consistently responsive and helpful whenever I've reported an issue. His follow through and timely communication have made a real difference in ensuring things are handled efficiently. It's reassuring to know there's someone so reliable on the other end.
