I took my car in about a year ago but just now writing my review. I want to say Thank You to the team for taking the extra effort so that my family can have the car back before Christmas!!!! The result was great, the car was repaired and cleaned spotless!
Don and Mary had my back from the start. Mary was prompt with getting me answers and information and also sympathetic to my situation. Don was also great at informing me of the process and at keeping me up to date with the repairs. The final product was astonishing! My car looked better than it was before! My car was sparkling and they even detailed the inside! (They were just replacing the front bumper, headlights, hood and that whole area.) Had my car repaired here after an accident. Jason handled the work and did a solid job, even fixed a couple minor issues along the way. The turnaround was pretty quick, and the whole process was straightforward. Good service and easy to work with.
Gerber Collision in Mukilteo, Washington did an excellent job fixing a large dent on my car (done by someone in a parking lot) as well as cleaning it inside perfectly. I was able to sell the car in excellent condition and got a great price for it! Then last month I took my other car to Gerber Collision.
