Gerber Collision in Mukilteo, Washington did an excellent job fixing a large dent on my car (done by someone in a parking lot) as well as cleaning it inside perfectly. EDIT: They're now being sued by their own employees in a class action law suit for unfair labor practices. No wonder they can't hire qualified people to fix your cars properly. If you care about your car and want the repairs to look like it was done by a professional shop.... Look elsewhere. Everyone knows that auto body shops are having supply chain issues. I've been here twice now for significant body work and paint. The work is excellent and of course they guarantee it, but that wasn't necessary for me. They text you updates a lot: when they estimate cost, when parts will come, when they could be done, etc. The people I've worked with are really nice and friendly, as well as experienced enough to answer all my questions. I hope I dont need any work done in the future, but I will come here if I do.
