I took my dress in to just make it smaller, just down the sides of the dress. Also just needed a small tighten on the neck. All the beads which match my jewelry are lighter in color and are loose., This ruins the dress. They think that maybe they can fix. I am very upset. Before they decided to sent it thru a dual cleaning, they should have noticed all the beads which make the dress!! I am very upset!!
They worked a miracle on my daughter’s butter yellow dress, removing spray tan, lipstick and red beverage stains - the dress looks brand new. Thank you!!
I left a 5x8 wool rug with dirt stains with them to clean. $120 later, the dirt stains were not removed at all. I was told it was cleaned and they can’t guarantee outcomes. I am working on a portion of this rug now to see if the stains were removable or baked in and they are coming out with an at-home solution. I called to express my disappointment and was told we’re sorry to hear that - and bye bye.
