I left a 5x8 wool rug with dirt stains with them to clean. $120 later, the dirt stains were not removed at all. I was told it was cleaned and they can’t guarantee outcomes. I am working on a portion of this rug now to see if the stains were removable or baked in and they are coming out with an at-home solution. I called to express my disappointment and was told we’re sorry to hear that - and bye bye.

They lost one of my husband’s shirts and gave me another client’s shirt by accident. We viewed footage together, which showed me dropping off several shirts, none of which were the one that they returned to me. They said they would take time to research it and try to find our shirt from clients who might have dropped off clothes around that time.
