DO NOT HIRE THEM - SCAM!! We originally hired them to do some brick work and they collected a deposit from us, the weather turned and we wanted our deposit back. The owner James Plante stopped answering our calls, emails and texts. We took him to small claims court to try and get our money back and he still isn't responding. He didn't even have the decency to show up to the court hearings. We're now out almost $2,000 from this sham of a company. Again, do NOT hire them. They will scam you.
Originally, I thought this would be my go to company for chimney sweeping and other fireplace maintenance needs as I have used them in the past. The customer service rep that answers the phone to schedule appointments is friendly and helpful and I was given a relatively soon appointment.
