They are overpriced on their Carpet Cleaning and trying to pull out red stains and charging me when they couldn't pull them out. Saying they are permanent stains. My carpets was light tan before Professional Carpet Cleaners did it then it turned into a really brown color. Called them up to ask what was going on got a response that it was normal to do that.
