Jackie is the absolute sweetest and takes her time explaining what she is doing, how she will do it, and makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time! Her shop is also the cleanest shop I have ever been into and everyone there is very sweet and professional 💜
Everyone has that problematic customer that they can tell a story about and I think I’m one of them, so sorry to ms Jackie she was amazing, thank you for being so attentive! The woman that was the receptionist was doing awesome also super friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable while we waited. 10/10 would recommend!

I got my septum pierced today and it was a great experience! CLEAN establishment, great customer service and best of all, COMPLETELY PAIN FREE. I opted to do the topical anesthetic and I did not feel a thing! The piercing looks great. Thanks Jackie!
