Jenna was absolutely amazing. Has the patients of a saint! My son who turned 13 wanted his ears pierced for his bday. Well he froze up and freaked out. But after an hr or more he finally did it! She calmed him and waited for him to finally say he was ready!

Switched my nose ring out very sweet lady and the place is so very clean I will return.
Jenna Pakosta was professional and very fun to talk to at the same time while doing my nipple piercings. Recommend her for piercings any day.
