Brought 2010 Lexus RX-350 in for 125K service. They diagnosed that the shuttering steering wheel was due to rear brake pads and rotors. They performed the 215K service in addition to replacing rear brake pads and rotors, balancing and other service. We are very pleased with their service.
I chose Professional Automotive on the advice of my neighbor. She described them as courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. After taking my car for service, I couldn’t agree more. Phillip (the shop manager) explained what he did to the car, and advised me of other areas that needed addressing on the near future. There was no pressure to get the items repaired immediately.
This was my first time at Professional Automotive Repair and I am very happy. I suspected a bad wheel bearing, but the technician did a very thorough and knowledgeable evaluation and determined it was just bad tires. I had no idea that tires showing good tread could cause so much cabin noise. Now I do. Thank you and I look forward to working with you again.
