I filed a request for a refund, and the *** insurance company has provided their portion of the refund. However, the dealership is refusing to provide their portion of the refund.This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial stress. Business response:
According to the signed contract, **************** was not entitled to any refund however, ***, returned the prorated amount to **************** in good faith. We explained this to him on the phone before he came in and showed him in person, when we provided him with a pro- rated refund. Our position is there is nothing owed to this gentleman.
