Plenty of equipment and plenty of help. The staff there were so nice and friendly. Made me feel real comfortable. Definitely would go back and use this gym.

The center in Copiague is great. My trainer Cindy Anderson is amazing. She is kind and extremely helpful She gets me on all the right machines and has a full routine structured for me. I recommend her highly to anyone and the center as well. Check out the heated pool. It's the best !!!!
Best place in the world for me sense 2006 Professional is been like a Religious retreat. A place I can focus and get the best support available for a regular person to a elite athlete. I save my money to train at Professional I com from SAN GERMAN PUERTO RICO to Dean and staff GOD BLESS U ALL.
