They always work quickly for my needs. I am home bound and they deliver my medicine. They are always kind and helpful on the phone. Their delivery people always check with me if they have left my order at the door. I am completely happy with them and highly recommended them.

Terrible customer service! Even though they verified my address before shipping medications, they forgot to put my apartment number on shipping label. I called after waiting few days after not receiving medication. Employee told me my medications were out for today’s delivery and gave me tracking info. I looked on UPS website for tracking info and saw that it was sent back to UPS last night because of inaccurate address! Then I got hung up on during telephone call!
