Building could be cleaner. There’s holes in the walls as you walk in the lobby. Management seems a bit shady. Especially the property manger. Be cautious renting here.
Love living here at the flats! Building is always maintained & safe. Zev at the front desk is very helpful!
Zev was amazing. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough about the building. I did not feel rushed and you can really tell Zev is passionate about his job!
