I'm pretty sure they took my $100 and ran. We called the warranty company about our glass stove top. Somehow while cooking pasta sauce our 2 month old stove top adhered to the pot. When we lifted the pot the glass broke off in the center and was stuck to the bottom of the pot. So we called our warranty company and they told us Professional Appliance would come out and look at it. The service man who came out was so polite and very helpful.
