Great practice. Knowledgeable doctor. I would give them 5 stars but as others have said communication out of this office isn’t great. If you need to get in touch in between visits, it is difficult.
I see Joann Casella the nurse practitioner. I had an urgent issue, called the answering service, 24 hours later, no response. Ok cool it happens. Called the next day and explained to the front desk what was going on. I started very vividly that I would like to speak with Joann. She agreed and thought I should too. She never called. I am very pleased with Dr. Dittrich's level of care and his attention to a patients needs and concerns.
Very good experience. Professional friendly staff and Dr who is willing to listen and offer solutions to my issues! So excited to begin this journey to aging gracefully!!
