Absolutely horrible experience at this salon. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in just to get a fill, and the lady doing my nails was so rough that she ripped one of my natural nails right off. It started bleeding instantly, and I was in so much pain I started sobbing right there in the salon. Instead of stopping or helping me, they handed me a tissue and said “don’t cry, we will fix” and then tried to keep working on my nails even though one was bleeding and throbbing. I got my gel nails done today by Anna, the nail artist! She did such a great job, and I’m really happy with the result! Anna is a very sincere and careful nail technician. If you go to the mall, I highly recommend getting your nails done by her!
The lady didn’t speak any English. I asked for a purple and gold french tip. She grabbed the dark blue. When I corrected her she got upset. Then she tried to do the french tip blue! The french it isn’t even a french tip it’s a line. Attached my reference photo. Not worth 31.50
