The worst experience i ever had at a nail salon. No customer service. Rude ladies. I will attached the picture what i requested for and what they did
Absolutely horrible experience at this salon. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in just to get a fill, and the lady doing my nails was so rough that she ripped one of my natural nails right off. It started bleeding instantly, and I was in so much pain I started sobbing right there in the salon. Instead of stopping or helping me, they handed me a tissue and said “don’t cry, we will fix” and then tried to keep working on my nails even though one was bleeding and throbbing. I got my gel nails done today by Anna, the nail artist! She did such a great job, and I’m really happy with the result! Anna is a very sincere and careful nail technician. If you go to the mall, I highly recommend getting your nails done by her!
