If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a manicure and pedicure appointment with my friends, and we arrived just 4 minutes late. Instead of being understanding, the receptionist was extremely rude—no greeting, no smile—just rushing us to pick a color because they had clients after us. Very unprofessional the lady who did my nail doesn’t even know to cut the nail in shape you told her they deserve zero star They don’t even know if you took appointment with them just there for your money.

Got my nails done here a week ago, 1 fell off and 1 broke. I went in to see if I could get them fixed that I payed $65 a week ago and 2 of them have already broke and they tried to tell me “No it’s been 3 weeks we can’t fix” I showed them my banking from a week ago when I got my nails done and they still insisted it was 3 weeks. Everything in this salon is very dirty and the workers are rude and unprofessional would not recommend to anyone.
