Love the crew at profast!!! They are honest hard-working men!!! And when they tell you everything that's wrong with your car it's not that they are making it up it's just things that you need to be aware of and know about. We have enough business that we don't need to waste time making things up and lying to people. Never sold anybody something they didn't need in my 30 or so years of fixing people's cars!!!
Would never go anywhere else. Love the guys at Profast!! Trust me, if you don't need it they won't rip you off.
We are from Texas on vacation and within 20 minutes of being broke down, these guys came and towed our vehicle to the shop. They got on it right away and were very hospitable!!! Amazing people, great prices and great service. We felt like we were at home!!! Thank y'all so much!!!
Want to shout out to Jeremy and all the guys at Profast Auto Repair Service for their excellent work and service. Was traveling to Pensacola to vacation for a week when our transmission went out in our vehicle the first day we arrived. Jeremy worked to get a replacement transmission installed in time for us to leave and made it happen. Then gave a follow up call to me the following week to make sure we made it back home several hundred miles away and that the replacement transmission was working fine. I was staying with the family in Pensacola Beach June 2nd -5th. 2 hours before check out time I realized my truck was broke down. Jeremy at ProFast got a tow truck to me and replaced my alternator within 3 hours. They did an awesome job and were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone. I wanna thank them for not leaving us stranded.
