So far have had a terrible experience with this company. They have caused significant inconvenience for us prescribing the wrong contact lenses for my Son. Dr Ng sent him home with a trial pair even though he requested the kind of lenses he has worn for 10+ years. She said to call back and they would gladly give him a prescription for the Acuve Vita (which is his preference) if these trials did not turn out. When he called back requesting a prescription for the Acuvue Vita They said he needs to be seen again to see the lense... read more

I was given a same day appointment. I waited MAYBE 3 minutes before seeing the doctor. I was prescribed new contact lenses which fit amazing AND I was given a couple pairs to get me by until the ones I ordered come in the mail. Couldn't be more pleased!!!
