My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Production Realty to sell our first home. The owner, Ben, was our personal realtor. He was professional, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I tried to rent a property through Linda and got one story. When I showed up at the specified time I was told that the paper work was not in order by another agent. When I went in the next day I met with Dan who was rude and cruel despite my attempts to resolve issues politely and calmly. As I walked out of his office he was literally yelling at my back that he manages a lot of properties and doesn't really care if I do business with him. Unreal experience.
