I worked for Production Machine for a short period of time, and I have never received better quality training. I came in knowing very little of CNC lathes or mills and within a week of working for them, my part counts were at the very least up to par with their production goals. The supervisors are all great people, and have a lot of knowledge to pass down as they have been working for this company for many years. I worked there as a temp for almost 4 months: Was never late and always had a high production rate. Accidentally got locked out before lunch on third shift, instead of understanding, they just fired me. This company cares very little about their employees, they were just trying to get rid of me because I requested PT. Would not recommend to anyone. Their standards are robotic.
